The project
About us
Updated 3 November 2026
In short
- UAPgrade checks public claims about UAP, unidentified anomalous phenomena: for every claim, case or document it says what was said, what is documented and what contradicts it, with the sources.
- It is run by Fabio Guzzon, in Italy. The project is also signed with the Adattica brand.
- Research and verification are done by artificial intelligence agents with opposing roles; the daily news goes out only after Fabio has read and approved it.
- No advertising and no visitor profiling. The site accepts voluntary donations from readers.
- Mistakes are acknowledged in public, in the error log.
What we do
David Grusch and Luis Elizondo, and with them other witnesses, lawmakers and journalists, maintain that the United States is hiding a program to recover non-human craft. The claims are many, and they bounce between hearings, interviews, books and podcasts. UAPgrade lines them up and checks them one by one against the original sources: transcripts, official documents, sensor data.
Every entry has a status (verified, partly verified, unverifiable, disputed, contradicted, or hypothesis and opinion), the evidence for and against, and the sources to recheck. Next to the claims are the official positions, the promises with a date, the inconsistencies, cases with official documents around the world, the archive of primary documents and the directory of the people involved.
The rule is neutrality: we do not look for confirmation or debunking. We record what was said, what is documented and what contradicts it, with the same care in both directions.
Who is behind it
UAPgrade is a project by Fabio Guzzon, who runs it from Italy and is responsible for it. It is also signed with the Adattica brand, under which Fabio designs custom applications and tools built with artificial intelligence: Adattica is not a separate controller.
The site is also a demonstration of a method: a large, living archive kept up to date every day by artificial intelligence agents, with its limits stated and a person who decides.
How we work
- Three verifiers with opposing roles. Every morning a researcher looks for new developments and the strongest evidence in favor, a skeptic looks for counter-evidence and ordinary explanations, and an arbiter rechecks everything against the sources and decides what goes in. They are artificial intelligence agents (Claude, by Anthropic), and we always say so.
- Only sources you can open. Every entry has at least one source with its address. Quotes in quotation marks come only from sworn testimony or official documents, 15 words at most; everything else is paraphrased.
- Estimates are estimates. The site's probabilities are stated judgments, with the method and the factors that would change them.
The full method is in Method and sources; where and how we use artificial intelligence is in Artificial intelligence.
Who decides what gets published
- The daily news is written by Vega, UAPgrade's artificial intelligence, and the byline says so. It goes out only after Fabio Guzzon has read and approved it.
- The archive data changes only through the arbiter's decisions, with the reason, and every change stays in the history and in the updates log.
- Readers' comments and proposals go through moderation; in doubtful cases a person decides.
Independence and money
No advertising, no sponsors and no visitor profiling: we do our own statistics, without cookies. Anyone who wants to support the project can do so with a voluntary donation, from the “Support UAPgrade” button at the bottom of the site's pages.
Errors and corrections
We make mistakes too. When it happens we write it in the error log, with the cause, the correction and what we changed so that it does not happen again: you will find it in Updates, together with what changed each day and the points on which the verifiers disagree.
Found a mistake, or have a document that changes an entry? Bring it to the Investigations Unit: we check it and, if it holds up, it goes into the site under your investigator name.
