Trump already has a speech ready that acknowledges the presence of non-human craft and intelligence, to be delivered soon.

- First attestation
- Jan 16, 2026 · Mark Christopher Lee, British filmmaker and ufologist, Post on X, picked up by IBTimes UK. Says an administration informant, whom Lee does not name, confirmed that the speech is already written, and places it on July 8, 2026, the Roswell anniversary; later speaks of a UN speech brought forward to that date. According to Lee the text would mention Roswell, the 2004 Tic Tac and the 2015 cases, and would confirm forensic analyses of non-human craft and remains. No text or document has been made public.
- Who picked it up
- Feb 2, 2026 · Daily Mail: Relays Lee's account: the speech, planned for the UN General Assembly in September, had supposedly been brought forward to July 8 because of new intelligence developments. On February 16 Newsweek notes that Lee names no source and offers no evidence, and that no speech is scheduled. Hearsay (source given: Mark Christopher Lee and the anonymous informant)
- Feb 18, 2026 · Lara Trump, the president's daughter-in-law: On the New York Post podcast Pod Force One, says the president has a speech on extraterrestrial life to deliver at the right time, but that, when asked by Lara and Eric Trump, the president was coy about the subject. A few days earlier, on the program The Right View, Lara Trump had mentioned seeing article after article about a speech already queued up. Hearsay (source given: The president, who by this account gave no details, and the articles already published)
- Jul 8, 2026 · Mark Christopher Lee: On the day named, during the NATO summit in Turkey, repeats that the speech is written and ready and would confirm non-human craft; administration officials say it is not scheduled. The speech does not come. Hearsay (source given: Anonymous sources close to the president's circle)
- Jul 21, 2026 · Liberation Times: Writes, citing several unnamed sources, that a presidential speech acknowledging the non-human origin of some UFOs has been prepared; in August it reports that disclosure advocates are pressing Trump to deliver it before the November 3 midterm elections. Hearsay (source given: Anonymous sources)
- Aug 5, 2026 · Robert Bigelow: Tells George Knapp that Bigelow met Trump in the Oval Office on February 6 and suggested the president say one sentence while boarding Air Force One, about a non-human intelligence present on Earth for a very long time. It is a text proposed by Bigelow, not an administration speech; according to Jason Colavito the meeting may be the source of the later rumors. Two days later Lee announces the speech "within 48 hours", and the White House rejects that timeline. Direct knowledge (source given: Bigelow's own meeting with Trump)
- Oct 1, 2026 · Invisible Frontiers (blog of disclosure advocates): Writes that journalists and people with direct access to the president have made clear that a speech of some kind exists and could come before the midterm elections; in the same period Grusch and other witnesses publicly ask Trump for immunity. Hearsay (source given: Unnamed sources)
- Oct 15, 2026 · Donald Trump: Asked by Newsmax whether this will be the presidency that reveals the truth about aliens, replies that the matter is being looked at, but that the subject is not a priority. Neither confirms nor rules out a speech, and gives no dates. Direct knowledge
- Analysis
- The thesis comes from a single person, Mark Christopher Lee, who cites an anonymous informant and has changed the setting and date several times (the World Cup, the UN, the July 8 NATO summit, "within 48 hours"): every date given has passed with no announcement. The other confirmations are secondhand: Lara Trump speaks of a speech but says the president gave no details, and a few days earlier was commenting on articles already published; Liberation Times and Invisible Frontiers cite sources they do not name, and there is no way to know whether they are independent of Lee's; Bigelow describes a sentence of Bigelow's own proposing, not an administration text. The White House has said several times that no speech is scheduled, and on October 15 Trump neither confirmed nor ruled it out. That a text exists cannot be verified; that it has been delivered, as of November 2, 2026, is ruled out. Even if it came, a speech would be a statement, not evidence: it would be worth as much as the documents or materials that accompanied it.
