Claim · E-010
Luis Elizondo: Claims that “disclosure” has already happened, that UFOs are real and that this has been established also from a national security standpoint; adds that a colleague still at the Pentagon continues to work actively on the subject.

Disclosure process
Hypothesis or opinion
Saying that disclosure has happened is an assessment with no verifiable criteria; the predictive part of the same speech (that the work would soon emerge officially) is dealt with in the predictions file.
- In support
- The Navy later acknowledged the videos as UAP (2019), and the DoD created the UAP Task Force (2020) and AARO (2022), a sign that institutional work on the subject has continued.
- Against or denials
- In Kloor's account, a Pentagon press officer gave 2012 as the end of the program; AARO (2024) states that AATIP was never an official program and that it found no evidence of extraterrestrial technology.
