What it denies and what it leaves open
It attributes no origin to UAP, neither terrestrial nor non-human, and does not deal with retrieval programs or materials; it merely notes that almost all the cases examined are unexplained.
- Who disputes it
- Supporters read it as a first official acknowledgment of the phenomenon, as Elizondo had anticipated; skeptics such as Jason Colavito judged it the product of a minimal effort by the task force.
