Edgar Mitchell
Apollo 14 astronaut; in the chain of the Wilson–Davis notes
1997–2016 · Historical figures (1933–2007) · Witness
An Apollo 14 astronaut (1930–2016), on July 23, 2008 he told Kerrang radio that the Roswell crash was real and that he had been made privy to the fact that Earth has been visited. According to the Wilson–Davis notes, he took part in the April 9, 1997 meeting at the Pentagon with Greer and Miller, received from Miller the account of the conversation with Wilson and relayed it to Eric Davis in 1999; after his death the notes were traced to his archive. His 2008 claims are unverified and the provenance of the notes is disputed.
