Promise · P-013

Luis Elizondo: Elizondo deferred to a closed session the answers on craft retrievals, on the contractors involved and on programs lacking oversight, and said that some information would, hopefully, be placed on the record in the future.

Luis Elizondo · Nov 13, 2024 · House hearing, Oversight subcommittees (under oath)

Not kept

Luna's task force scheduled the closed-door briefing for April 2025, then postponed it (because Grusch could not attend, a version disputed by Elizondo) to the week of May 12: Elizondo, Mellon and Grusch did not appear, and Elizondo said he was at the McMinnville UFO festival. In his written answers of December 19, 2024, he said he was willing to provide details through secure channels, if authorized; as of October 31, 2026, there is no record that he has done so in a closed setting. The outcome is provisional, because an unpublicized meeting cannot be ruled out.
