Mike Rounds · 2026 · UAP Disclosure Forum, Washington
Deadline still open
It was filed as Amendment 6344 in the Senate, and on July 22, 2026 the House approved Burlison's version by voice vote, in a package of 54 amendments. The Senate has not passed a budget of its own after the failed procedural vote of July 14, but at the end of October House and Senate negotiators were working on the final text (Douglas Dean Johnson, October 27, 2026): approval remains pending. The exact date of the statement is unknown; it has been reported since June 24, 2026.
