PDF read in the House document repository: the document is authentic as a filed record, but the content is self-declared.
- What it contains
- The résumé states a clearance of “Active TOP SECRET//SCI with CI & LS Polygraph” and, as positions, the role of Chief Operating Officer of the Sol Foundation since May 2023, the NGA from November 2021 to April 2023 (GS-15), and the NRO from April 2016 to November 2021 as Senior Intelligence Officer of the Air Force Reserve. It lists a degree in physics from the University of Pittsburgh (2009) and a master's degree in intelligence studies from American Military University (2012).
- What it shows and what it does not
- It is a self-declaration: it documents what Grusch stated about himself, not that each item has been verified. The “active” clearance indicated in July 2023 should be read together with The Hill's report that, in those weeks, some officials told lawmakers that he did not hold a current clearance for a classified meeting in a SCIF.
- How it came to light
- Filed by Grusch together with the written statement and published in the House document repository.
