The positions are consistent across all official settings and have never been disputed by the DoD, but no personnel record or agency confirmation of dates, rank, service in Afghanistan and decorations is public.

Original words
I was my agency's co-lead in unidentified anomalous phenomena and trans medium object analysis.
In support
The House introduced him as a former NRO representative on the Department of Defense UAP task force; according to The Debrief he worked at the NRO from 2016 to 2021 (from 2019 as representative on the task force) and at the NGA from late 2021, as UAP co-lead until July 2022, leaving the government on April 7, 2023. AARO director Kirkpatrick said only that none of the witnesses had worked for AARO or been its representative, a formula compatible with a role on the task force that preceded AARO.
