A geospatial intelligence specialist in the Air Force from 2010 to 2013 and later an analyst for BAE Systems and Intrepid Solutions, on September 9, 2025 he testified before Anna Paulina Luna's task force. He described the sighting of a large triangle in the summer of 2012 and his subsequent exposure, through an assignment in a special access program, to information from a legacy retrieval program, and alleges retaliation. In his written statement he cites Grusch's 2023 sworn testimony in connection with his own complaint to the ICIG (August 2023).
