Physicist, director of the University of Colorado UFO study (1966–68)

1966–1969 · Historical figures (1933–2007) · Scientist

A physicist, he directed the University of Colorado study funded by the USAF, published in January 1969 as Scientific Study of Unidentified Flying Objects (Bantam). A National Academy of Sciences panel led by Gerald M. Today
The first volume of AARO's historical report (March 2024) lists his study among the short-lived external reviews.
