Claim · G-028

David Grusch: Claims that in some retrievals non-human biological remains (“biologics”) were found, according to the assessment of people with direct knowledge who still work on the program; the documentation, he says, can be discussed only in a secure room (SCIF).

David Grusch · Jul 26, 2023 · House hearing, Oversight Subcommittee on National Security, the Border, and Foreign Affairs (Hearing)

Under oath Hearsay Non-human biologics

Disputed

It falls between “unverifiable” and “disputed”: “disputed” prevails because official AARO statements are set against the sworn testimony, which is based on others' sources and has no public documents.

Original words
Biologics came with some of these recoveries.
In support
Jay Stratton, the first director of the UAP task force, states that he saw non-human beings with his own eyes (The Age of Disclosure, 2025; Fox News, 2026), without public evidence. Stratton is an executive producer, with Elizondo, of the documentary The Age of Disclosure and in October 2026 published a book about his experiences (“Out of the Shadows”).
Against or denials
AARO (FY2024 annual report) states that it found no verifiable evidence of extraterrestrial beings, activities, or technology. In 2024 the documents on “Kona Blue” were declassified, a compartment that some interviewees described to AARO as meant to protect non-human biologics: it turns out to be a SAP only proposed to DHS in 2011, never approved and with no materials or funds. It has not been shown to concern Grusch's sources.
