- What it contains
- The report closes research agreement 19-15 with To The Stars Academy (now TTS), signed in 2019 to characterize a sample supplied by the company, the “A1.” The analyses by GVSC, AARO and the Oak Ridge laboratory (2019–2024) conclude that the sample's physical and elemental properties are incompatible with the electromagnetic waveguide function claimed by TTS and that it is probably a test article, a manufacturing product or byproduct, or a component for studies of magnesium alloys. The sample was found to have no military or ground-vehicle applications, and no joint intellectual property arose from the agreement.
- What it shows and what it does not
- It contradicts the expectations with which TTSA presented the agreement, namely materials not traceable to known applications; it is also the first physical artifact that AARO says it has characterized and resolved. It concerns a single sample and does not assess other materials that TTS claims to have studied.
