Claim · E-038

Luis Elizondo: Claims under oath that UAP are real, that advanced technologies not built by the U.S. government or by other governments monitor sensitive military installations around the world, and that excessive secrecy serves to hide that we are not alone. Asked what UAP are, he adopts the words of Tim Gallaudet (strong indications of a superior non-human intelligence), while to Mace, who asks whether they are private companies or non-human intelligence, he answers that they could be both.

Luis Elizondo · Nov 13, 2024 · Joint hearing of two subcommittees of the House Oversight Committee, “Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena: Exposing the Truth” (November 13, 2024) – opening statement and answers to Mace and Garcia (Hearing)

Under oath Opinion or hypothesis Nature of the non-humans

Disputed

It is sworn testimony at odds with the official conclusions of the Pentagon and AARO, which state that they found no verifiable evidence of extraterrestrial activity, while the evidence he refers to remains classified; as early as August 19, 2024, on CBS, he had said that the phenomena are not man-made.

Original words
Advanced technologies not made by our government or any other government
In support
In the same hearing, Tim Gallaudet spoke of strong indications of a non-human intelligence; in 2021 the ODNI had been unable to explain 143 of the 144 cases examined; AARO keeps more than 900 reports in its archive for lack of sufficient data.
Against or denials
The Pentagon (November 2024, according to the Guardian cited by Wikipedia) states that it found no verifiable evidence that any UAP sighting represents extraterrestrial activity; AARO (March 2024) found no empirical evidence of technology of non-terrestrial origin and in the 2024 and 2025 annual reports states that no resolved case indicates advanced capabilities or revolutionary technologies.
