Luis Elizondo: Writes that he is aware of several episodes in which the U.S. military and some defense companies retrieved craft of non-human origin and that in some cases biological samples were also recovered, of which he does not know whether they were alive or complete.
Luis Elizondo · Dec 19, 2024 · Written responses to Rep. Burlison's questions for the hearing record (December 19, 2024, not under oath) (Document)
Hearsay Legacy program and recoveries
Unverifiable
He does not indicate episodes, dates or sources, and no public evidence has emerged.
- In support
- David Grusch (2023) and Jay Stratton (2025–2026) maintain similar claims, without public evidence. Stratton is an executive producer, with Elizondo, of The Age of Disclosure and in October 2026 published the book “Out of the Shadows,” from which a television series is in development (The Debrief, September 24, 2026).
- Against or denials
- AARO (March 2024) found no evidence for the reverse engineering narrative and the FY2025 report (July 2026) rejects the claims about possession of recovered material; in the same responses he admits he does not know, for lack of direct knowledge, how Lockheed established the non-human origin of the material.
